   • Architected CreditBay: a FastAPI monorepo with ERP and CRM services, hexagonal + DDD, strict TDD, and a Next.js front end with an in-browser softphone.
   • Built Automatic Machine Detection to hang up on voicemail automatically — call costs down ~90%.
   • Re-engineered the call dispatcher from 20 → 600 calls per minute.
   • Moved the company to an LLM-driven coding pipeline with production CI/CD on GitHub Actions, and wrote the team's operating agreement for planning in Linear.
